Yes, this is browser based. Our Digital Card is supported in all browsers.

5. Do you provide any Web Panel to update my Card or Mini Website?

As of now, you can update your Digital Card or Mini Website via KwikkMedia Mobile App Only.

6. Can I update Social Media Links in my Digital Card or Mini Website?

Yes

7. Which No should I use to login in KwikkMedia App to update details?

You can download KwikkMedia app.
You can login with primary or alternative mobile no.
You will receive OTP for Login.
Go to My Card / Mini Website to view the site setup for you.

8. Can I make changes to my Mini Website by myself?

Yes, you can make changes in your Mini Website by yourself. Download KwikkMedia App. Go to Mini Website / Digital Card option. You can see your details there.

9. How many plans are available for Digital Card or Mini Website?

There are currently 3 Plans available. Starter, Standard and Executive Plan. Offering, Validity and Pricing for each plan is listed above.

10. What domain is used for Digital Card and Mini Website?

In our offer, domain will be visitmyprofile.in OR visitmyprofile.com

11. What is the difference between terminologies of Digital Card and Mini Website?

When we say Digital Card, we are referring that as a way of sharing your business details in Digital Form by sharing link / QR to your contact. Digital Card has clickable contact details, social media details.

When we say Mini Website, it means it includes all the Details of Digital Card + It has Details about Abouts Us, Services, Products, Client Feedback, Photo Gallery, etc.

12. How many Images, Videos and Documents can be uploaded in my Mini Website?

Please check your plan details to know about no of Images, Videos and Documents are uploaded for your Mini Website.

13. How much advance payment is required to make my digital card or mini website?

We have Work First, Payment Later Policy. You are not required to make any advance payment to create your digital card or mini website. As per our payment policy, once work is delivered, payment should be made within 24 hours.

14. Do you provide any Web Panel to update my Card or Mini Website?

As of now, you can update your Digital Card or Mini Website via KwikkMedia Mobile App Only.

15. How many Images, Videos and Documents can be uploaded in my Mini Website?

Please check your plan details to know about no of Images, Videos and Documents are uploaded for your Mini Website.

16. What is the delivery timeline for the Mini Website?

It will take a maximum of 1 day to deliver your Mini Website after receiving your details.

17. Are there any hidden costs?

No, there are no hidden costs. All charges are clearly mentioned upfront, so you know exactly what you’re paying for.

No, SEO or appearing in Google search is not included in this offer.

Yes, you can upload product photos and mention pricing, but e‑commerce/cart/payment gateway is not supported.

23. Is the Mini Website refundable?

No, this is a non‑refundable offer.

24. How does a Mini Website compare to a normal visiting card?

A normal card costs ₹200 and only shares contact details. For ₹299, a Mini Website gives you a complete digital presence with clickable links, galleries, and enquiry forms.

25. Can I share my Digital Visiting Card easily?

Yes, it can be shared instantly via WhatsApp, email, or social media.

All Mini Websites and Digital Visiting Cards are created under visitmyprofile.in.

28. Can I use my own domain?

Yes. Setup costs ₹749 if you already own a domain. With a new domain, total is ₹1,399 (.IN) or ₹1,649 (.COM).

29. Where are Mini Websites hosted?

By default on Kwikk Media’s server, included in the nominal rate.

30. Can I host on my own server?

Yes, but it costs around ₹2,499 per year (domain, server, and setup charges).

31. How do I download the Kwikk Media app on Android?

From the Google Play Store.

32. How do I download the Kwikk Media app on iOS?

From the Apple App Store.

33. What can I do with the Kwikk Media app?

Create and manage Mini Websites and Digital Visiting Cards, access video guides, and update your profile anytime.

39. How can I become a reseller of Kwikk Media services?

You can join without deposits, fixed costs, or franchise fees.

40. What benefits do resellers get?

Branding support, customized marketing materials, and a Work First, Pay Later policy.

41. Where is the Kwikk Media office located?

42. What is a profile pic? Is it mandatory to add in the Mini Website?

A Profile Pic is your photo that appears before your name and designation. It helps people recognize who you are. Adding it is not compulsory, but it makes your Mini Website look more professional and appealing.

43. What if I need a customized Contact Us or Inquiry form?

A basic enquiry form is included with your Mini Website. For a customized form, extra charges apply depending on your specific requirements.

44. Is the Mini Website suitable for small businesses?

Yes, it is perfect for individuals, startups, and small businesses who want a simple online presence at a low cost.

45. What if I want continuous support?

You can purchase a support plan for ₹499 per year. This covers general queries and future changes to your Mini Website.

46. Can I update my Mini Website after it is created?

Yes, you will get access to a mobile app to make changes yourself anytime. Continuous support is not included unless you purchase a support plan.

47. Can I add a business logo or profile picture?

Yes, you can add both. If you don’t have a logo, we will create a free complementary logo for your Mini Website.

48. Will my Mini Website be searchable on Google?

Your Mini Website will not show directly on Google unless SEO is done. To make it searchable, you can add the link to your Google Business Profile. You can also share the link easily through WhatsApp messages, QR codes, or social media.

49. What is included in the Digital Catalog or Digital Album?

50. Who will setup / data entry for the Digital Card or Mini Website?

For Starter, Data Entry will be done by User only. For each step, we have Help Guides which help to do setup. For Standard and Executive Plan, we have both options available, Self Setup and Setup by Kwikk Media / Partners. Additional Setup charge will be 75Rs. for Standard Plan and 299Rs. for Executive Plan.
